Affordable Community Solutions is a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and Emerging Small Business (ESB) in Oregon. Together, our team brings over 60 years of experience in real estate and non-profit affordable housing, specializing in project delivery, operations, regulatory compliance, lease-ups, and asset management support.

We have a strong history of collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders, including social service providers, funders, investors, local and federal agencies, partner organizations, and community groups such as neighborhood associations. Our work spans partnerships with both non-profit and for-profit affordable housing owners and developers, with specialized expertise in initiatives aimed at ending homelessness and supporting individuals recovering from addiction and mental health challenges.
