ROANNA LA GREIDE
Owner & Housing Expert
Roanna brings over 25 years of expertise in housing and real estate, with expertise in community revitalization, commercial redevelopment, and managing fast-paced affordable housing lease-ups.

As a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), she specializes in achieving tax credit goals, streamlining tenant certification processes, and handling complex affordable housing portfolios. She is also highly skilled in pre-development strategies, effectively leveraging compliance requirements to maximize NOI.

As a licensed Property Manager, Roanna has managed diverse portfolios including leading facility and supportive service teams, enhancing resident engagement and promoting long-term housing stability.

Outside of work, Roanna is a dedicated runner who has competed in more than 60 marathons. The same determination, persistence, and focus that drive her on the racecourse guides her approach to every challenge.
SEAN HUBERT
Strategist & Management Expert
Sean has dedicated the past three decades to expanding community affordability, strengthening organizations and industry networks, and advancing policy and practices at the intersection of housing, health and wellness, and economic opportunity. He has held executive and senior leadership roles in both non-profit and for-profit organizations, specializing in housing, supportive services, and healthcare delivery.

His housing experience includes managing complex real estate portfolios and supporting more than $400 million in real estate development, resulting in the creation or preservation of over 1,800 housing units and 180,000 square feet of healthcare facilities.

At the organizational level, Sean has led efforts in strategy, planning, structure, and culture development.

Beyond his professional roles, Sean is actively involved in various community and industry initiatives. He has held leadership positions—including chair and executive committee roles—on the boards of the Oregon Facility Authority, Trillium Community Health Plan, Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines’ Affordable Housing Advisory Board, and Housing Oregon. He has also contributed as an advisory member to local and statewide initiatives.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications from Shippensburg University and is a licensed property manager in Oregon.
When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him chasing adventure in the backcountry, hunting for hidden treasures in antique stores, or soaking up stories—whether in the pages of a book or under the glow of stage lights.
