Owner & Housing Expert
Roanna brings over 25 years of expertise in housing and real estate, with expertise in community revitalization, commercial redevelopment, and managing fast-paced affordable housing lease-ups.

As a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), she specializes in achieving tax credit goals, streamlining tenant certification processes, and handling complex affordable housing portfolios. She is also highly skilled in pre-development strategies, effectively leveraging compliance requirements to maximize NOI.

As a licensed Property Manager, Roanna has managed diverse portfolios including leading facility and supportive service teams, enhancing resident engagement and promoting long-term housing stability.

Outside of work, Roanna is a dedicated runner who has competed in more than 60 marathons. The same determination, persistence, and focus that drive her on the racecourse guides her approach to every challenge.

Steph brings over 20 years of experience connecting nonprofits, organizations, and communities through creative marketing and outreach. She helps mission-driven organizations engage the people they serve by fostering positive, intercultural relationships.

As a Leasing Specialist, Steph supports applicants and property staff by streamlining the lease-up process and minimizing stress. Her approachable manner and problem-solving skills ensure she resolves challenges efficiently and keeps applicants supported throughout.

Steph is dedicated to community service, contributing to organizations such as Oregon Walks, KPSU Radio, Montavilla Food Co-op, North Tabor Neighborhood Association, and other local nonprofits, coordinating events, leading marketing initiatives, and providing outreach to strengthen the community.

Compassion, patience, and intention guide Steph’s work and life. Outside the office, she enjoys exploring Portland, thrifting, creating art, cooking, and supporting neighbors through mutual aid.
Steph studied at Portland Community College and Portland State University, focusing on graphic design, printmaking, and campus media relations and events. As a lifelong Oregonian, she values her connection to the region’s natural beauty and brings a strong sense of community and belonging to her professional role.
